Rules & safety
Breaking things is the fun part. Staying in one piece is the rule.
What to wear
- Closed-toe shoes — required, no exceptions.
- Long pants and sleeves recommended under the coveralls.
- Tie back long hair; leave loose jewelry in your locker.
Gear we provide
- Coveralls, heavy gloves and a full-face shield.
- Approved smashing tools for your package.
- A staffed safety walkthrough before the room opens.
Age & supervision
- Ages 12+ with a guardian on site.
- A parent or legal guardian signs for every minor.
- Spectators stay outside the room behind the viewing barrier.
In the room
- Never swing toward another person — one swinger at a time in tight spaces.
- Keep your face shield down until staff clears the room.
- No alcohol or impairment. We'll cancel a session over it.
- Only items and tools supplied by staff get smashed.
Waivers
Every participant signs a liability waiver before entering the room. You can sign at check-in; guardians sign on behalf of minors. Bring a photo ID for the booking holder.
